New Years Day in Del Mar — Beautiful Condo

It’s 2010, New Years Day.  I went to preview a condo that I will be showing to a client tomorrow at The L’Auberge in Del Mar.  I was so excited by the beautiful day & view that I got my North and South mixed up but other than that the video below will give you a clear vision of the great area we live in and this fantastic property.
The L’Auberge Del Mar is a beautiful Resort & Spa.  One of the unique characteristics of the property is that just west of the resort sits condominiums that are privately owned and share the amenities of the resort.  There are approximately 125 units most are 870 to 990 square feet.  1 bedroom 2 bath units.  The property that sold most recently sold for $1,100,000 on 08/23/09.  The two properties currently for sale are listed at $995,000 & $781,500. Both are great buys but my favorite is the one in the video, it’s turnkey and remodeled.  And check out the location so beautiful……. 🙂  Many of our Rancho Santa Fe Clients also have homes or condos in Del Mar.  Happy New Year
