I have worked with Lucy Kelts twice, once for a home purchase and then several years later in the sale of a home. When I purchased, she took me only to homes that exactly met my criteria, it was a simple process. When selling, it was a trying market, so I was expecting a difficult road at the beginning. I was always able to get a hold of her quickly, got regular status updates, we got offers on the house almost immediately and a process that I assumed would be a headache was simple and professionally managed for me.
