I have sold five homes in California over the last year, and generally have a considerably less than favorable opinion of most real estate agents. However, Lucy (and Connie) are clearly the best team I have ever dealt with in San Diego County. They are able to take complete control of the sale process, which always includes negotiating with the client on various annoying details, and taking care of repairs that show up after the inspections are finished. On top of it all, I live out of state, and yet the entire process went as smoothly as it could have. They’re a great team.
