Her team updated the unit for me in a few days (carpet, paint, light fixture, new sink, general cleaning). The pricing was perfect and we secured a buyer quickly. Requested improvements by the buyer after inspection were responded to in one day. When the first escrow fell through during the last week due to nonfunding, a new escrow with a promising buyer was opened almost immediately at the same asking price. Email and phone availability was great. Connie, Lucy’s assistant, is at the main office and was especially organized, proficient and easy to work with. The escrow company used is fine. Lucy is a joy to work with and I recommend her without reservation.
