Unique summer cuisine offered

The Ranch Clubhouse recently announced its new mid-summer lunch menu with three new appetizers, including the Ahi Poke Stack with ginger, scallions, spicy siracha, and avocado with wanton crisp and the Maryland Spicy Crab Cakes with wasabi greens, mango puree and red pepper slaw. The Baba Ganoush which is roasted eggplant, tahini paste (sesame seed paste) with herbed grilled pita bread adds to the trio.
A Maine lobster sandwich is already catching the eyes of Association members, which includes 4 ounces of poached lobster with vanilla aioli, arugula, smoked bacon, and tomato on a ciabatta roll. Adding to the sandwich menu is the grilled RSFGC frankfurter with avocado, Ortega chilies, chipotle ketchup, cotija cheese and tomato on sesame seed bun.
On the entrée side, Alaskan Halibut and Salmon take center stage. The Grilled Shrimp Fusilli Pasta with saffron cream and fresh basil is an excellent choice for pasta and shrimp lovers. Expanding the ever popular Clubhouse tacos, Chef Larry has added Vegan Tacos to the line up with grilled portabella mushrooms, fresh summer peach salsa and a side of grilled watermelon with ginger basil mint vinaigrette.
