The Rancho Santa Fe School District Carnival starts as school ends, at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, October 31st. There will be plenty to see, do and eat at this annual event, which includes a Costume Parade at 12:15 p.m. Carnival games and booths will start at 12:30 p.m., giving you an exciting activity at R. Roger Rowe School, near your Rancho Santa Fe home. Wristbands are on sale for $20 on October 29th and 30th and will be $25 on the day of the event.
Rancho Santa Fe Home De-Cluttering – Donate Your Used Costumes
Included in this year’s fun is Laser Tag and the Haunted Tunnel of Terror. A costume exchange booth (hosted by 5th graders) will also be on hand so you can donate old costumes (all sizes) to a local charity. Those who donate receive $2 in carnival tickets at no cost, too. Everyone will have a great time practicing their aim at the Teacher Dunk Tank and arresting and sentencing teachers and fellow students who live in Rancho Santa Fe to the Jailhouse of the Doomed. If the plentiful food trucks and $1 concessions are not enough to satisfy your cravings, you can even join in a cake decorating contest to test your creative skills. Local Rancho Santa Fe firemen will judge all cakes. To find out more, visit the school’s carnival page on the website by clicking here.
