Rancho Santa Fe Home to Luncheon with Robert Crais

Avid readers who love dogs and books (and live in Rancho Santa Fe) can look forward to an excellent afternoon at the Rancho Santa Fe Library on Thursday, January 24th. From 12 to 2 p.m., the Rancho Santa Fe Library Guild will host a “hearty” lunch and author presentation featuring Robert Crais. Crais’  latest novel, Suspect, is the focus of this event. A unique story seen from the point of view of a K-9 team, Scott James and Maggie (a working military dog), overcome many obstacles as the train, sleuth, and overcome emotional and physical obstacles together. The $40 lunch held near your Rancho Santa Fe home at 17040 Avenida de Acacias, includes a signed copy of the soon to be released thriller, as well.
Known for his Elvis Cole novels, Crais was also the recipient of the Ross Macdonald Literary Award in 2006 and is the author of many crime novels. In fact the movie Hostage was inspired by his book of the same name! Rancho Santa Fe Guild Members are encouraged to attend this exclusive event. If you are not yet a member, but would like to attend, please click here or call 858.756.4780 to find out more about membership and attending the luncheon or to R.S.V.P.
