Easter Sunday at the Hotel Del Coronado: Celebrate Easter at the beautiful Hotel del Coronado with a fabulous Champagne Brunch buffet in the Crown Room or Ballroom from 9am to 4pm, plus kids can join in an old-fashioned Easter egg hunt on our beachfront Windsor Lawn. Catamaran Resort Hotel Easter Brunch: The Boardroom, Kon Tiki, and Aviary banquet rooms will provide guest with unobstructed views of Mission Bay while they enjoy their Easter brunch. Along with made to order omelets, the brunch will include the traditional baked ham and prime rib au jus at the carvery. For those who like their brunch to be more of a breakfast, the brunch will not disappoint.
