What is REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents?
REAL Trends, in partnership with Zillow and Trulia, compiles an annual list of top real estate agents and teams by state and metropolitan area based on closed volume and closed transaction sides. To be included, teams must have closed at least 75 transactions or $30 million in closed sales volume for 2016. They have been releasing this list of top agents for the last five years.
“This group of highly successful real estate sales agents represents less than 1 percent of all real estate practitioners in the United States,” said Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends and publisher of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents.
How are the rankings determined?
REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents ranks more than 12,600 residential real estate professionals across the country based on their excellence in sales during the 2016 calendar year. REAL Trends reaches out to request applications from nearly every leading brokerage organization, Realtor association and various other sources to compose the rankings. An independent third party verifies all sales data to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the report. Only the very best are included on the list.
