Jazzercise is a high-energy and fun way to get in shape. Join Krista Bonano every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 9 to 10 a.m. You’ll get the benefit of cardio, strength training and stretching. Your body will have the opportunity to be sculpted and toned. Pay $15 per class or $125 for 10 classes.
To balance the body and the mind, take Hatha yoga Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. Instructor Britin Hanson will help you master the poses that promote balance and flexibility. A strong body and a peaceful mind is the goal of Hatha yoga. Classes are $15 each or $125 for 10.
Basketball players who live in Rancho Santa Fe should tie on their shoes and come for pick-up games on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Anyone aged 18 or over is welcome. Space is limited to 20 players. Members pay $5, and non-members pay $7.
