Jazzercise is a high-energy and fun way to get in shape.  Join Krista Bonano every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 9 to 10 a.m.  You’ll get the benefit of cardio, strength training and stretching.  Your body will have the opportunity to be sculpted and toned.  Pay $15 per class or $125 for 10 classes.
To balance the body and the mind, take Hatha yoga Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m.  Instructor Britin Hanson will help you master the poses that promote balance and flexibility.  A strong body and a peaceful mind is the goal of Hatha yoga.  Classes are $15 each or $125 for 10.
