July 4th Parade and Picnic Near Rancho Santa Fe Homes

The Rancho Santa Fe 4th of July Parade needs the help of some dedicated volunteers from Rancho Santa Fe homes.  Help make this year’s parade a great success for the enjoyment of the community, especially the kids.  If you live in Rancho Santa Fe and are over 18 years old, consider helping out as a parade marshal, parking assistant, as crowd control, in the form-up group, with set up and take down, or in another area of general help.  Short shifts are available, and any help is welcome!  To sign up, email Shannon Mountain.
The 4th of July Parade and Picnic is a community fixture for people living in Rancho Santa Fe homes.  The Parade forms up at 12:15 p.m. at the Rancho Santa Fe School parking lot and begins at 1 p.m.  This is a real old-fashioned small town parade!  Look for floats and princesses, community bands and the Boy and Girl Scouts.
The picnic starts around 1:30 p.m. on the lawn in front of the Inn.  The Coastal Communities Concert Band will be playing.  Come together with your friends and neighbors who live in Rancho Santa Fe for a community barbecue after the parade.  The RSF Golf Club will be serving hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken, and ice cream!  Don’t miss this community celebration of independence!  For more information, click here.
