You aren’t going to want to miss this special exhibition in conjunction with the 50th Anniversary of Beatles Ed Sullivan appearance, the night four English musicians boarded a plane from London headed to New York and won the collective heart of America.
The unique exhibit features over 120 serigraphs, signed lithographs and song lyrics by the legendary Beatles. It will also include rare artwork that have never been exhibited in San Diego as well as lithographs from the Bag One portfolio, each individually hand signed by John.
This portfolio has become increasingly rare to find in its entirety. A complete set is in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
The exhibition is being produced by Pacific Edge Gallery, with the full cooperation of Yoko Ono and the John Lennon estate. Previous exhibitions produced by Pacific Edge Gallery have attracted huge attendance, as well as extensive print, radio, and television coverage. There will be no admission charge to see the show. A catalog will be on sale and the artworks will be available for purchase.
The exhibition will be held at the Flower Hill Promenade, on the lower level near Opus Bank., 2670 Via de la Valle, Del Mar.
