Purchasing a home in The Groves is a great investment.  A few years ago, most homes in this development were listed between $1.8 million and $3 million.  However, prices have since increased and most homes are listing for $2 million and above, unless it is a short sale.  This makes real estate here an excellent buy, especially considering that it is in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe, one of the most appealing and affluent cities in the country.
The Groves is conveniently located less than ten minutes from the Village of Rancho Santa Fe, which features many fine dining restaurants including Mille Fleurs and Delicias, upscale boutiques, antique and travel stores and the famous Inn at Rancho Santa Fe designed by Lillian Rice.  Directly to the north of the community is the Olivenhain area of Encinitas.  Travel south ten minutes and you arrive in Solana Beach or Del Mar. San Diego is located approximately 30 miles to the north.
