Chef Nancy Silverton, founder of La Brea Bakery and owner of two of the most popularly lauded and acclaimed restaurants in California, will be present to sign copies of “The Mozza Cookbook,” written with San Diego native Carolynn Carreño, and widely applauded and praised.
