The Encinitas Chamber of Commerce will host the 16th annual Oktoberfest on Sunday, Sept. 26 from 10 am to 6 pm. The festive and popular event will feature authentic German food, beer garden, bands, dancing, and 100 plus vendors featuring various arts and crafts and more.
